Full-Ocean-Depth class
Hadal One
Hadal One is the reason the company exists. A 1.5-metre forged-titanium personnel sphere — machined from two hemispheres and electron-beam welded at the equator — carries two people to 10,935 metres and holds one atmosphere while 1,100 atmospheres press on the outside.
Everything else on the craft is expendable and external: syntactic-foam buoyancy rated to full depth, brushless thrusters flooded with oil to equalise pressure, and a life-support scrubber good for 96 hours if a dive goes wrong. It has made the deepest point of all five oceans, and returned every crew.
